This block is completely assembled MINUS the connecting rods.

This project was halted because it was mistakenly paired with Eagle 5.531" "Long Rods" (Part # CRS5531A3D). Because the long rods caused the custom Nippon P73 pistons to protrude past the deck line, the customer abandoned the project.

ALL YOU NEED TO FINISH THIS BUILD:

Purchase a set of standard, factory-length (5.394") forged aftermarket rods. Drop them in, and you will have a fully functioning, high-compression, rebuilt B20 VTEC or All-Motor short block!

Do not attempt to use 5.531" long rods with this package.

📦 What is Included in this Sale:

Most of the hard work and expensive machine shop labor is already complete!

This package includes:

B20 Engine Block: Professionally cleaned, inspected, decked, and bored/honed to an oversized 84.50mm.

Pistons: Brand new 84.50mm Nippon Racing P73-00 (Integra JDM Type-R style) Pistons featuring a Full-Floating wrist pin configuration. Rings are brand new and pre-installed.

Crankshaft: OEM Honda B20 crankshaft, fully inspected, polished, and micro-polished.

Bottom End Assembly: Main caps, brand new main bearings, and thrust washers are fully assembled and torqued to factory spec.

Oil System: Brand new Oil Pump installed, complete oil strainer and pickup tube assembly, and fresh oil pan bolted down. In bonus a kit of M28 - 10AN oil breather plugs has been added to the block

Gaskets & Seals: 100% brand new rear main seal, front main seal, and oil pan gasket installed.

Condition: Remanufactured / Freshly Machined. Zero run-time.

The "Why": The previous owner spent the money on the machine work, pistons, oil system, and gaskets, but ordered the wrong custom rod length (the Eagle CRS5531A3D). Rather than buying a second set of standard-length rods, they chose to walk away and sell the block as a package.

Compatibility: Perfect foundation for a high-compression B20 VTEC or a heavy-hitting Non-VTEC All-Motor street build.

Verified Crankshaft Metrics: The OEM Honda crankshaft was professionally micrometer-measured, inspected, and verified to be perfectly straight, within factory service limits, and free of any scoring.

Precision Oil Clearances: Main bearing oil clearances have been meticulously checked and verified against factory service manual specifications to guarantee optimal oil pressure under high-RPM loads.

Turnkey Mechanical Peace of Mind: All main caps have been torqued strictly to factory sequences and specifications using high-quality assembly lube. The rotating assembly spins smoothly by hand exactly as it should
